13U-19U Boys and Girls.

 

Initial team rosters are due in GotSport on or before Wednesday, March 23^rd.

 

All Premier League and State Cup game play will be governed by Rules 241 and 242 of US Youth Soccer’s National Championships Policy.  League games may end in a draw.

 

13U – 14U: 35-Minute Halves – Unlimited Substitutions – 18 Max Uniformed – 22 Max Rostered

15U – 16U: 40-Minute Halves – Max 7 Substitutions Per Half – 18 Max Uniformed – 22 Max Rostered

17U – 19U: 45-Minute Halves – Max 7 Substitutions Per Half – 18 Max Uniformed – 22 Max Rostered

 

15U – 19U Substitution Rule: A maximum of 7 substitutions for each team shall be allowed in each game during each half of play. After leaving the game during a half of play, the substituted player may not re-enter the game during the same half of play. The Referee crew will track substitutions each half.

 

Premier Concussion Policy: If a player is suspected of suffering a head injury they may be substituted for evaluation without the substitutions counting against the team’s total number of allowed substitutions during each half. If the player with the suspected head injury has received written clearance from a Health Care Professional, the player may reenter at any stoppage of play. The evaluated player must replace the original substitute and will not count as a substitution. The temporary substituted player may re-enter the game as a regular substitution. A Team may only make a temporary substitution if they have a substitution available. Should the temporary substitute receive a red card, that player will be removed from the game and the team will play a player down. If the player being evaluated is cleared after the red card, they would be eligible to return to play as provided by the substitution rules based on the age group.

Multiple teams from the same club are permitted to participate in a Premier League division. However, those teams will not face each other in league play but could at the Montana State Cup.

 

Created through random draw for Premier League matches. All teams in a division must have the same number of Premier League games. There may be reduced game requirements in divisions with multiple teams from the same club to avoid intra-club games.

14B (6 teams) – 5 league games

15B (4 teams) – 3 league games

16B (3 teams) – 2 league games

17B (5 teams) – 4 league games despite multiple Billings United teams because of five team math

18B (1 team) – HYSA automatically advances to Far West Regionals

19B (5 teams) – 4 league games

 

13G (8 teams) – 6 league games due to multiple FC Missoula teams

14G (6 teams) – 5 league games

15G (6 teams) – 4 league games due to multiple Real Billings teams

16G (3 teams) – 2 league games

17G (2 teams) – 2 league games

18G (3 teams) – 2 league games

19G (3 teams) – 2 league games
