Montana State Spring League

Thank you to those working as a referee this spring in the Montana State Spring League! Montana Youth Soccer is assigning all games through designated State Assignors. These Assignors will assign all league games and should be your point-of-contact if you want to work, whether at your home club fields or while traveling the state.
 
This method of assigning means referees will not not receive cash on-site,  but instead that they will be paid bi-weekly through direct deposit set up directly in your Demosphere account. The Demosphere Referee & Assignor Guide to ACH Payouts document is a good resource for for how to set up the account. Referees must set up account information before the money will be deposited. It will be held and released as soon as an account is verified.
 
The first spring payday will be Friday, April 15th and will continue on a bi-weekly basis through the season.
 
Additionally, the Center Referee must enter the score, misconduct and supplemental of the game.
 
These above duties are required responsibilities of all referees. Games in which any of these duties have not been performed will be designated as ‘Incomplete’. No member on the referee crew will be paid for an Incomplete game. Games in which all of the above duties have been performed will be designated as ‘Complete’. MYSA will process payment for all Complete games at 12pm on the Tuesday before each payday. This deadline will ensure timely referee payroll and processing of payments. If account information is not entered, payment will be held until it is entered.
 
Bi-Weekly Payment Schedule for the 2023 Spring Season – Every Other Friday
  • April 14th – Payroll based on Complete games as of April 11th at 12pm
  • April 28th – Payroll based on Complete games as of April 25th at 12pm
  • May 12th – Payroll based on Complete games as of May 9th at 12pm
  • May 26th – Payroll based on Complete games as of May 23rd at 12pm
  • June 9th – Payroll based on Complete games as of June 6th at 12pm
  • June 23th – Payroll based on Complete games as of June 20th at 12pm
