Fall League
The Fall League will commence on Saturday, September 12th. More details, including the GotSport registration link, will be sent to clubs.
Version 5 of MYSA's Return-to-Play Protocols emphasizes all spectators are required to wear a mask OR maintain physical distancing of 6 feet between households. In addition, all players and coaches are required to wear a mask while on the bench OR maintain physical distancing of 6 feet. Clubs must also designate and mark technical, official and spectator areas on each field to control distancing between groups.
As announced on July 10th, MYSA will not sanction tournaments until the Governor declares the state has transitioned to Phase 3 of his Reopening the Big Sky plan.
Lastly, the decision has been made to postpone MYSA’s summer AGM along with all formal business until the winter AGM in January. This includes all votes and elections. In place of the summer meeting, MYSA will host a townhall meeting with the purpose of discussing the past 6 months, to look ahead to the fall season and to discuss the remaining unknowns surrounding COVID-19. All clubs will be invited.
