United Soccer Coaches

United Soccer Coaches (USC) offers supplemental coaching education opportunities for coaches outside of US Soccer’s coaching license pathway. USC curriculum is designed with flexibility in mind for coaches to choose their desired level of entry based on previous experience. Development courses all offer unique material and can be taken in any order. Coaches should read each course description to determine the best fit for them.

Policy Changes from US Soccer:

It is not possible to cross over from the USC pathway to the US Soccer pathway. The new US Soccer Policy requires that coaches start at the online Introduction to Coaching course in the Learning Center and move through the US Soccer courses to get to the top level.

Available USC Courses Through MYSA: Development Diplomas

  • 4v4, 7v7/9v9 and 11v11

Learn more about the Development Diplomas and USC HERE.

Clubs interested in hosting a USC course should contact MYSA Executive Director Jill Marlow and Director of Coaching Ric Plante.
