Individuals that are properly registered by their club with Montana Youth Soccer through its registration platform receive excess/secondary insurance coverage. An insurance claim may be filed for injury as long as it meets the following criteria:
- The injury was sustained during a soccer event
- The soccer event was MYSA sanctioned
- The Insurance Claim Form is submitted to MYSA in a timely manner and is completed in full
