Montana Youth Soccer Association establishes, administers and promotes programs devoted to the development and training of soccer players as a means of recreation and fitness. We foster an interest in soccer competition amongst the youth of Montana and give encouragement, coaching and instruction to recreation and competitive youth soccer players. Our values foster and engender the principles of team play, good sporting behavior, fairness and the advancement of individual players’ ability within the team concept and ultimately contribute to the overall character of the youth in Montana.
OUR FIVE-YEAR VISION. WHERE WE WANT TO BE BY THE END OF 2031.
In five years, Montana Youth Soccer Association will have:
- Become known as the premier soccer organization in Montana that supports fun soccer play, skill development,
and contributes to the national pool of players. - Expanded our staff, financial capacity and resources to support the growth and sustainability of clubs and
players throughout Montana through. - Created consistency and equity by clarifying expectations and developing written policies and processes to guide
all aspects of operations and programming. - Increased access and opportunities for youth to play soccer, have fun, learn the value of teamwork, and develop
leadership skills. - Defined and outlined clear pathways for the development and improvement of skills.
- Developed and increased access to educational and professional skill development for players, coaches, and
referees. - Ensured transparent and timely communications with members, players, parents, and other stakeholders.
